Who is Decision Support Solutions?

Hello.  I am Emily Stubbs, a founding member of Decisions Support Solutions, LLC. This is the first of many videos where we describe who we are and what we offer the business community.

We are at our core a law-firm, but we are not what might be considered a traditional law firm. Not only do we provide a wide array of transactional and litigation services for the business owner, but CFO and controller advisory, business debt mediation, and other services critical to the operation of a business. 

You can think of us as an outsourced back-office operating team.

Our typical clients are companies that are struggling—whether struggling because of unforeseen economic circumstances, cashflow or debt, or because of high growth that they don’t have the structure or sophistication to hold up. They typically have topline revenue between $1M and $20M.

We are also non-traditional in the way we charge our fees, which we will get to in another video.
